Brian heads up tech and data governance at the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) of Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM). Brian is captivated by the nexus of finance, tech, risk management and human reasoning. This has spurred interests in exploring how people behave in response to finance and technology choices. And how they reason risk and business decisions. Brian uses these insights in the design and development of new regulatory initiatives and key technology infrastructure projects that improve the fintech ecosystem in the UAE.
Prior to joining ADGM, Brian led a payments fintech startup, held various risk management roles in commercial banks and a Big4 firm. In other capacities Brian is a mentor and advisor to Web3 startups, and an independent non-executive director of a Saudi Bank.
